A resource to start learning Linux kernel development

Posted by s-matyukevich

Recently I published a tutorial that can help to start learning linux kernel. Basically, I've created my own OS by extracting and simplifying linux kernel source code and created a set of lessons that explain how I did it. The project can be found here: [github.com]

Does this approach make sense? Any feedback welcome.
Of course, it makes sense! Thanks for the work that you did and for this tutorial. I'm still at the stage of studying and just passed the first lesson, but I can say that this is good stuff. Previously, when I studied such material, I used different resources, where I can also get help with homework and do almost the tasks, but often I lack the theoretical basis, which is undoubtedly present in this material. Keep going!
